Implementing LAPS
To implement Microsoft’s Local Administrator Password Solution, you must first download it.
Install the LAPS.msi corresponding with the architecture of the Operating System you’re using to extend the schema and manage the solution. Configuring Group Policy:

After, open the Group Policy Management Console (GPMC) and either edits an existing Group Policy Object (GPO) for your computers and then right-click to edit it. In the GPO, go to Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > LAPS.
