Stuck with an non-returning party and 0 AP on each new day

hello,

I sent a party but the day it would return, it did not. Then my Action Points bar never got refilled again. Each passing day I cannot do anything and my adventurers still dont come back. The only thing changing from one day to another is the decreasing number of patrons each day (I cant serve them...) and the healing of the other characters that still goes on. Has it happen yet to anybody ?

Please help.
