Dark Horse Tavern » Rules Enforcement at Rated Shows ?

hello,

Who's work is it at a rated horse show to make sure cross entry restrictions are adheared to? Specially I would think the steward would be in charge of this, but not really sure. it could be one of those things that is on the "honour" system unless someone if it is USHJA Zone specific cross entry restriction.
