So ist das Leben » New laptop stutters a little on normal operations ?

hello,

When the computer just started up there's also some considerable 1-2sec freezing of the screen when i try to open the login screen
It's not worrying given that other than this the system works fine, no lag and no crashing. It's just the stuttering that's got me curious as to what could be causing it. I've brought the machine in for repair diagnosis and even opened it up myself to check for dust on the main fans/cpu but both times showed the hardware internals to be clean as a whistle.
